About Kylie
Growing up, I have always been interested in photography and videography – capturing memories of all kinds.
I am a digital and film photographer and videographer based on the traditional territory of the Lekwungen peoples in Victoria on Vancouver Island. I value authenticity, art, the outdoors, and all things nature.
When I photograph or film weddings and other important moments, my goal is to capture connection, allow you to move freely, and document the human element – no matter the landscape.
Although I am now situated on Vancouver Island, I am from the traditional territory of the Anishinaabe people in treaty 3 (northwestern Ontario). Travel is a passion of mine and will often shoot back home and nation-wide.
I also love working with small businesses, especially those that share similar values and appreciation for sustainable and ethical business practices.

I am someone who goes with the flow. I don’t like forcing poses and I sure as hell don’t want anyone to be stuck doing anything that they don’t want to do or that makes them feel uncomfortable!
I like to watch, observe, and get a feel for how you interact. I love experimenting with composition and different angles.
